On behalf of the entire Bayside Acres HOA Board, please join us at this year’s annual BAHOA Summer Party. It’s a fun, casual way to meet your neighbors, hear what’s going on in the neighborhood, and enjoy barbecued burgers (meat and veggie) and hot dogs on the deck of the clubhouse! A full no-host bar will also be available for those who enjoy a beer, wine or cocktail. We really hope you can attend! This event is for members of the BAHOA and their guests and is free for up to two adults per member residence. Cost is $5/person for those who are not members or exceed two for a given residence (no charge for children under 5) and $10 without an advanced reservation.

Membership in BAHOA is voluntary. Annual dues are $10/residence. Membership consists of 1 or 2 adults in a residential unit in the Bayside Acres subdivision along with any dependent, minor children.
Those residents who have not yet paid their annual membership dues can send in their dues payment in advance to Stu Brown, BAHOA Secretary, 85 Main Drive, or pay them at the party.
