The Bayside Acres Neighborhood Association (BANA) is open to all residences within the Bayside Acres subdivision. There is one membership per residence which is open to the owner or permanent resident of each residence. BANA acts on behalf of the subdivision in matters of mutual interest and represents the subdivision before public and private agencies within Marin County and the City of San Rafael.
