The only item on the agenda this year was the election of new Board members. A flyer was sent out March 9 asking if anyone had a subject of direct concern to our HOA that would justify a physical meeting. None was submitted. Therefore a “virtual meeting” was held in which the election was conducted by mail-in ballots.
The deadline for returning ballots was April 9. As of April 11, ballot results were:
Bayview Region: 35 for Barbara Saxby and 1 each for Tony Porter (100 Bayview) and Joe Dunn (80 Bayview.
Chicken Point: 36 for Mary Sinclair and 3 for Van Horn.
Main / Manzanita: 38 for Laurie Favaro.
Based on these results, Saxby, Sinclair, and Favaro were elected for three-year terms expiring March, 2017.
