The Bayside Marin residential addiction treatment center has just finalized a lease for 168 Bayview Drive and will take occupancy June 1st. They plan to have that residence remodeled and obtain licenses for operation by September.
They intend to design a walkway adjoining their existing facility at 180 Bayview Drive. They plan to reduce street traffic by eliminating some of the current daily operations with the other Bayside Marin facilities on Bayview Drive. The lease term runs until 2032 with two additional extension options beyond that term.
