The Bayside Acres Neighborhood Association held a vote via online balloting closing on March 31, 2022. The ballot was for three open positions on the BANA Board as well as amendments to the BANA Bylaws. The result of those votes were tallied and validated by the Board at a Board meeting on April 11, 2022.
The votes cast were unanimous with a small minority of abstentions. Julie Glenister was re-elected to her Board position representing Bayview Drive, Joe Tyszkiewicz was re-elected to his Board position representing Main/Manzanita, and Art Landesman was elected to fill the open Board seat for Chicken Point.
The vote for the Bylaws amendments passed with one vote against which was discarded since that residence had not paid their dues, and a small minority of abstentions. The amendments dealt solely with the ability of the Association and Board to hold meetings via electronic means at the discretion of the Board, including email in limited circumstances.
