The project consists of a multi-family development with fourteen (14) residential units with ground floor lobbies, amenity spaces, and 32 parking spaces at 25 Loch Lomond Drive. The building is sited at the corner of Point San Pedro Road and Loch Lomond Drive. The proposal will demolish the existing one-story commercial building on the site.
