The Board, Bylaws and Parcel Maps pages (links at the top left corner of the headline banner above) provide organizational information regarding the Association and the subdivision.

The HEADLINES column on the right provides current news and events with more information usually available via the "read more" links.

The News In Depth page is an index to more information about various issues, activities or general information within or related to the subdivision. There is information available via News In Depth that may not be referenced in the current HEADLINES.

The Contacts & Links page offers a menu of links that provide names, addresses and links to pertinent governmental and other organizations that affect, or have a relationship to, the the Bayside Acres subdivision. If you would like to communicate with the Board, use the Bayside Acres HOA Contact Form provided (a link to this form is also provided on the Contacts & Links page).

Please email the Webmaster (using the Bayside Acres HOA Communications Form) with your thoughts about the content, what you might like to see included on the website and any additions, corrections or modifications that you feel might be needed. Input from homeowners is invaluable in keeping this website up-to-date. All feedback, both complimentary and constructive, is welcome.

One extremely important standing committee of BAHOA is the Emergency Response Team dealing with disaster preparedness for our community.  Please go to the Disaster Preparedness page for more vital information.

The Spartina treatment last summer in the marsh and mudflats adjacent to Beach Drive went very well, but monitoring shows that some retreatment is necessary, mainly on the mudflat clones. The tentative schedule is to treat the site early in the morning of Thursday July 17. Mike Forbert from West Coast Wildlands will be conducting the application as in previous years. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Several items relate to the Village at Loch Lomond Marina project. These include a hearing held by the S.R. Design Review Board on 3/4 regarding some changes to the plans, an accepted planting plan to replace the trees and shrubs improperly removed in January, and status of the sale of the property. To see more details, go to the Marina News section San Pedro Road Coalition site.

NOTE: Other articles and information can be found on the NEWS page in addition to the above.
