• Neighborhood Preservation Association - Neighbors within the Bayside Acres and Loch Lomond subdivisions have formed this association in response to the expansion of the Bayside Marin residential rehab facilities.

• San Pedro Road Coalition - The SPRC's mission is " to promote the interests of the residents of the Point San Pedro Road Corridor by collaborating with local home owner's associations to enhance and preserve the beauty and environment of the area, insure the health and safety of the residents, and to protect the quiet enjoyment of the residents' homes."

• San Rafael Federation of Neighborhoods - The Federation's mission is to serve "as an umbrella and advocacy group for all neighborhoods in San Rafael, south of Puerto Suello Hill."  Contact Steve Patterson at stephenpatterson.1@comcast.net for more information and to get on their e-mail list.

Neighborhood Watch Program

We would like to remind or inform you about the Neighborhood Watch Program offered by the Marin County Sheriff’s Department.  This program costs nothing, but gives us the opportunity to get to know our neighbors better, provide a support system in case of emergency and allows us to establish a direct connection to the Sheriff’s Department.  They will provide us with home security inspections, property identification engraving tools, vacation security checks, speakers to attend meetings to cover topics of interest to our particular neighborhood, fingerprint kits for child I.D., monthly area crime statistics and literature covering security and related topics.  All of this is provided free of charge.
